Jake Boen, the principal Architect and owner of In Place Architecture; a boutique firm in Tucson Arizona. The intent of this blog is to share various photos in the day and life of an Architect. My experience in photography is vast and began with a 35MM Canon AE-1 Program. I have experience in many mediums and film types including cyanotypes, B/W, Color positives and negatives, 35mm, 6x6,6x9, and 4x5. I also have vast experience designing and building cameras. I have designed and built pinhole cameras as well as brass and wood medium format 6x9 field and monorail cameras from scratch.
